About

Scout’s
Report.

Tyler Hebrard is a 2028 wide receiver out of Palm Springs HS who already flashes the speed and strength college programs project on at the next level. A verified 4.5 in the 40 gives him the top-end burst to threaten defenses vertically and separate on the outside — a trait that translates cleanly to the WR position and holds up when he flips to corner. What sets Hebrard apart for a young athlete is his weight-room foundation. A 205-pound bench and a 315-pound squat are advanced numbers for a 160-pound frame, pointing to real explosive power and a training base most freshmen and sophomores haven't built yet. That strength shows up in contested catches, run-after-catch balance, and press coverage on the defensive side. At 5'10, 160, Hebrard has plenty of room to add mass without sacrificing the speed that defines his game. With his class year and two-way flexibility, he profiles as a long-runway developmental prospect whose measurables and power already point in the right direction. One to track early.
